Marketplace terms

These draft terms are for functional testing only and require legal review before public use.

Marketplace role

NearDeal connects customers with independent suppliers. Customers pay suppliers directly for services. The testing environment does not sell live coins or process supplier service payments.

Coupons

Coupon price, discount, validity, inclusions and restrictions are shown before issuance. A coupon may be redeemed once and only by the supplier associated with its offer.

Coins

Test coins have no cash value. Production refund, expiry, transfer and payment policies remain disabled until commercial and legal approval.

Supplier obligations

Suppliers must provide accurate offer terms, honor valid coupons and meet all licensing requirements applicable to their services.
